Terms of Service
1. The agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Forge HQ ("Forge", "we", "us"), the operator of forgehq.trade and the Danny trading product. By creating an account, paying for access, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Forge.
2. What Forge is
Forge sells access to Danny, a software tool that:
- Generates trade signals based on a multi-timeframe ICT strategy on CME micro futures (MNQ, MES, MGC).
- Routes signals to a prop firm account (currently TopstepX) that you connect via API key.
- Places orders on your behalf in either shadow mode (no real orders) or live mode (real orders).
- Surfaces verified performance stats and notifications.
Forge is software, not a broker, money manager, or registered investment advisor. We do not custody your funds. We do not place trades on accounts other than the ones you connect. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade futures in your jurisdiction. By using Forge you represent that you meet these requirements. We may refuse or terminate service at our discretion.
4. Approval-gated signup
Access to Danny is currently invite-only and approval-gated. Submitting an application via /apply does not guarantee approval or access. We review each application by hand and may decline without explanation. If approved, you receive a single-use access code valid for 14 days; redeeming the code is required to complete Stripe checkout.
5. Pricing & billing
Forge offers two tiers:
- Monthly — $500/month, recurring, cancel anytime via Stripe billing portal.
- Lifetime — $5,000 one-time, perpetual access to the version of Danny in effect at purchase plus any non-major updates we ship while you remain in good standing.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Forge does not store full credit-card numbers. Prices are in USD and may change for new customers; existing customers keep the price they signed up at.
6. Trading risk — read this
By using Forge you acknowledge and accept that:
- You alone are responsible for every order the bot places on accounts you connect.
- You alone are responsible for keeping a prop firm account in compliance with the firm's rules (daily loss limit, trailing drawdown, consistency rules, max position, news-event rules, etc.).
- The bot can fail in any way software can fail — bugs, connectivity outages, broker downtime, model drift, market regime change, exchange halts. None of these are guaranteed to be caught by safeguards.
- Shadow mode is for evaluation only — switching to live mode is your explicit choice.
- Topstep's terms (and any other prop firm's terms) apply to your account independently of Forge. You are responsible for compliance.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate broker credentials and keep them up to date.
- Configure your prop firm account correctly (e.g. enable Auto OCO Brackets on TopstepX).
- Monitor your account — Forge is not a substitute for human oversight.
- Comply with all laws applicable to your trading activity, including tax reporting.
- Keep your Forge login secure. Don't share access codes or session tokens.
8. What Forge does NOT do
- We do not custody your funds. Your money is at your broker, not at Forge.
- We do not guarantee uptime, fill quality, or any specific result.
- We do not move money between accounts.
- We do not place trades on accounts you have not explicitly connected.
- We do not provide tax, legal, or personalized investment advice.
9. Acceptable use
You may not (and may not attempt to):
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Danny strategy logic.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Forge.
- Use Forge to trade on someone else's account without their explicit written consent.
- Abuse the API, scrape excessively, or attempt to bypass rate limits.
- Use Forge for any unlawful purpose or in violation of your broker's terms.
10. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent payment, abuse of the platform, or risk to Forge's broker or banking relationships. On termination: monthly subscriptions stop billing immediately and access ends at the end of the current period; lifetime purchases are non-refundable beyond the 14-day window in our Refund Policy.
11. Intellectual property
Forge, Danny, the website, source code, strategy logic, branding, and all associated materials are owned by Forge HQ. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own trading. Nothing transfers ownership.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that any specific trading result will be achieved.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge HQ's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Forge in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $500 USD. In no event is Forge liable for trading losses, lost profits, account violations at your prop firm, broker errors, data outages, or consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forge HQ and its operators against any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
15. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in the dashboard. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
