Terms of Service

Last updated: June 23, 2026
Plain English first. Forge is a software tool that runs an algorithmic trading bot on a prop firm account you connect. You're paying for the software. Your trading results — and any losses — are entirely yours. Past performance does not predict future results. Don't trade money you can't afford to lose.

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Forge HQ ("Forge", "we", "us"), the operator of forgehq.trade and the Danny trading product. By creating an account, paying for access, or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Forge.

2. What Forge is

Forge sells access to Danny, a software tool that:

Forge is software, not a broker, money manager, or registered investment advisor. We do not custody your funds. We do not place trades on accounts other than the ones you connect. We do not provide personalized investment recommendations.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade futures in your jurisdiction. By using Forge you represent that you meet these requirements. We may refuse or terminate service at our discretion.

4. Approval-gated signup

Access to Danny is currently invite-only and approval-gated. Submitting an application via /apply does not guarantee approval or access. We review each application by hand and may decline without explanation. If approved, you receive a single-use access code valid for 14 days; redeeming the code is required to complete Stripe checkout.

5. Pricing & billing

Forge offers two tiers:

All payments are processed by Stripe. Forge does not store full credit-card numbers. Prices are in USD and may change for new customers; existing customers keep the price they signed up at.

6. Trading risk — read this

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss. Most retail futures traders lose money. The leverage available on micro futures means a small adverse price move can wipe out an account. Past performance — including the creator's own funded account, backtest results, and any published metrics — does not guarantee or even suggest future results. You may lose more than you deposit if your prop firm allows it.

By using Forge you acknowledge and accept that:

7. Your responsibilities

8. What Forge does NOT do

9. Acceptable use

You may not (and may not attempt to):

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms, fraudulent payment, abuse of the platform, or risk to Forge's broker or banking relationships. On termination: monthly subscriptions stop billing immediately and access ends at the end of the current period; lifetime purchases are non-refundable beyond the 14-day window in our Refund Policy.

11. Intellectual property

Forge, Danny, the website, source code, strategy logic, branding, and all associated materials are owned by Forge HQ. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service for your own trading. Nothing transfers ownership.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that any specific trading result will be achieved.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge HQ's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Forge in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) $500 USD. In no event is Forge liable for trading losses, lost profits, account violations at your prop firm, broker errors, data outages, or consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Forge HQ and its operators against any claim, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

15. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith discussion will be resolved by binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in the dashboard. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
